- Elite Citizenship & Investment will pre-screen your passport copy for government pre-approval before requirement of investment.
- A down payment of the professional fees is required to open your application (paid on signing of retainer agreement).
- Collection of the all the required documents according to the Government checklist.

STEP 2 – Month 2
The application and the supporting documents are submitted and some of them will be subject to due diligence checks. You’re required to pay € 5,500 to cover the costs (this amount is included in the one-time administrative fees).
STEP 3 – Month 5-7
- Once the Government approval is given, payment of contribution (invest in bonds as well as purchase or rent property in Malta) should be finalized within 25 days.
- Remaining balance of professional fees are paid.
STEP 4– Month 5-7
The applicant must then visit Malta to apply for legal residence and acquire a residency card.
STEP 5 – Month 8
The Residency cards and National ID’s are issued to you via courier.
STEP 5 – Month 14-16
Citizenship certificate(s) and passport(s) are issued.
