• Be absent from the country for no more than 90 days (three months) in the 12 months preceding the application. The total number of days spent outside the U.K. for the entire five-year qualifying period should not exceed 450 days (i.e. three months of every year, or 75 percent of one’s time).
• Be of good moral character and not in breach of any immigration laws.
• Demonstrate a good knowledge of U.K. life and culture, as well as a basic level of English, Welsh or Scottish Gaelic languages.

1. Elite Citizenship & Investment will pre-screen your passport copy for government pre-approval before requirement of investment.
2. A down payment of the professional fees is required to open your application (paid on signing of retainer agreement).
3. Collection of the all the required documents according to the Government checklist.
4. Elite Citizenship & Investment team will meet with you to understand which approach will be adequate for your specific case.
5. A detailed business plan is worked out mapping how the business will impact and cooperate with the existing market.
6. We will submit an Online Application, and we will schedule an appointment with the embassy or VFS center.

STEP 2 – Month 1-3

The Embassy will call and schedule a meeting with you. You’re required to present your business plan and all documents supporting your case. After one week of the completion of the interview, a formal decision will be announced.

• Your visa will be valid for 3 years and 4 months, or 3 years if you are already in the UK and switching from another category. This can be extended for a further two years.
• Initially, you are allowed to live and work in the United Kingdom for up to 3 years and 4 months.
• You may qualify for settlement once you have remained in the UK for 5 years.
• Continuous Residence: You can now spend up to 180 days (6 months) a year outside the UK and still qualify for settlement/indefinite leave to remain.
